If that happened then pro wrestling, or sports entertainment if you preffer, would be dead!
Im not saying that from a biased mindset, i truly believe it. Wcw's demise came from corporate mergers. Aol-time warner. suits having no right in the wrestling business were taking over. by that time, WcW would have died regardless. And IF wwe would have suffered the same fate, then there would have been No pro wrestling on a national level. However, we should not forget about TNA. I aslo believe tna would have risen from nothing and been the sole company. Yes i realize i contradicted myself, and for that i apologize. I just simply forgot about TNA for a brief moment. So who knows, wrestling woulda been dead for a while, and then Tna would be the only thing today. But ask yourselves, what if ecw was a success and didnt utterly fail in the end? |
