Everytime I play a video it dont play flowly. It is kinda like a fast slideslow. How do I fix this. Please just don't tell me about costumer support.

This has happened to me.  Sometimes by just closing and reopening your WMP, the video will play smoother.  However, it's likely you'll have to reset your modem/router.  This is all assuming the videos normally work for you.
