Bret Hart himself said that he was not returning to WWE, despite all of the rumors.

Bummer.

Bret Hart will never wrestle again.  He has had many injuries and an almost fatal stroke.  He is lucky to be alive today.

If they did bring him back, they would probably put him as Raw GM.
