I do not think WWE will allow him to reenter due to his criminal background. If they do, then its goodoz to them, for giving him another chance.
However, after his stint in good ol' Prison or "Community Service.", he could be wrestling with other wrestling franchise, but that depends if they will allow him to wrestle. Time will tell if he returns.

It really annoys me that people are calling him a "criminal" and the like. He's injured. Believe it or not, some doctors prescribe large amounts of medication so they only have to be filled every one or two months. I have severe back problems, and have 150 LEGAL Soma pills prescribed per MONTH. The guy is hurt, cut him just a bit of slack here. We don't know what's going on, and assuming that this is a drug relapse is, while unfortunately likely, isn't necessarily true. It's so disheartening to me to hear people who loved him so much, turn on him. These are the people who often asked the most from him. He did what most wrestlers can't do, and that takes a huge toll on the body. The cocaine...well I have no excuse for. He's screwed up. He needs to get some real help and decide if wrestling is worth the pain. I hope that we will see a clean Jeff back as soon as he's ready. If not, well, i just hope we see a clean Jeff. Please remember that this is the man that most of us adored for years, he's proven people wrong before, and it's likely that he'll be able to do it again. Oh and as far as the whole "jail" thing...in a lot of cases, rehab is offered instead of jail time. Let's hope he takes it.
