When a Superstar chooses to have a manager in their corner, they are selecting someone they believe can guide them to a new level in the ring, as well as quench their thirst for success.
But it takes a special kind of person to be a manager. Every decision you make is under the WWE Universe’s microscope, and, at the first sign that things aren’t working out quite the way they were expected to, you can be fired – which in WWE usually is followed by a beating at the hands of their charge. But these managers cut a different path, showing that success could be achieved and great rewards awaited those who garnered their services. Boy, nobody sure knows how to read. This list is for best "MANAGERS", not "GM's". Wow. I do not agree with Gary Hart at #24 and Paul Ellering at #20. Both deserve top 10 status. As for who's best? my vote goes to Bobby "the Brain" or as he is affectionately known in MN, "the Weasel" Heenan. His stable was huge.

I'm going to have to go with Teddy Long. He was the man on SmackDown. He is the man on ECW. He knows how to make classics and makes them exciting, and always makes the best matches in WWE history.
