There isn't a quick fix nor does there need to be for the way Cena is booked right now or for how some fans perceive him and feel about him.
People aren't always going to like the same things. Not everybody liked The Rock back in the day. Not everybody likes HHH now, not everybody is a Jeff Hardy fan now etc. Granted, the Cena split is on a much larger scale but all that would happen if he did turn heel would be the people who wanted the heel turn would cheer him and the people who wanted him to stay face would boo him. You'd just end up with the same so called "problem" again in reverse.
