my list would be:
Overrated: 1. Batista (boring) 2. John Cena (better than batista but annoying 3. Ricky Ortiz(should be hated more) 4. Khali(he still sucks, in my opinion) 5. MVP (im sorry, i just dont like him) Underrated: 1. Shelton Benjamin (he deserves to be a main eventer) 2. Mr. Kennedy (he is very talented) 3. Matt Hardy (people say he is overrated but hes not) 4. William Regal (this guy is just awesome) 5. Finlay(one of the best wrestlers today)

Overrated:
Randy Orton: average in-ring, average mic skills and average charisma. There's nothing special about him Rey Mysterio: Never good on the mic and doesn't have the greatest charisma. He botches nearly everything and just can't go very well anymore Jeff Hardy: While he's improving he still isn't particularly good at anything other than oozing charisma Kelly Kelly: OOOOOOO she can do a gimmicky hurricanrana now, woopty doo! Kane: ya... Underrated: William Regal: One of if not the best technical wrestler in the company. Good on the mic and is one of the few in the company who can story tell in-ring MVP: This losing angle seems to have killed a lot of his steam. He's really good in-ring and one of the better mic workers on Smackdown and has one of the better gimmicks in the company Umaga: Fantastic in-ring for a big man and very athletic Matt Hardy: He's a good techical wrestler and arguably the best seller in the company today. He always delivers in-ring and has become a pretty good mic worker John Cena: I could go on all day with why Cena is underrated by I'll only highlight. Cena is good in-ring, yes, he's good in-ring because he has a much larger moveset and has proven many times to be able to wrestle and deliver with the best and even carry lesser wrestlers (Lashley, Umaga, Khali) to some of their best matches ever. He can pump up a crowd and lets face it, he has charisma and whether you're cheering or booing he puts butts in seats
