After what we've seen yesterday on Raw, Kane SHOULD IN THEORY beat Rey Mysterio; it should be a formality since he has beaten the hell out of Rey Rey and Bourne (after victory vs. Bourne)...
But we all know how WWE enjoys the giant killer's stories so it wouldn't surprise me to see Rey Rey grab a win after a one way beating all match long from Kane; two or three hits on Kane might do the job if the tradition is maintained.

Should be better than the RAW Match they had, Maybe Kane will unmask Mysterio, though Mysterio has been unmasked in a match before accidently by Chavo at Summerslam 06

It sucks that Rey is gonna win cos Kane has been dominating the feud so far. But it should be Kane that wins this one. Kane shouldn't have not been feuding with cruiserweights in the first place.
