He isnt over rated but he is the worst of the 3 champions.
ECW is the worst I've ever seen it right now
I think they should drop Chavo and Henry they are the worst World champs in recent history
I think they are still underusing Hardy i mean he deserves to be a real world champ

I think you meant Matt is not a major champ when compared to WH and WC titles. Well the problem is that there are too many waiting in line for a shot and matt possibly would never get above mid card level if he remained in SD or Raw, so its a good move to let him hold the ecw title. He's not the worst champion, currently that credit goes to tripleh, the man who never wrestles.

Dont care about Henry but Chavo is a good wrestler, he's being underused imo.
