This is the official match discussion thread for the WWE Championship Scramble Match at Unforgiven between champion Triple H, MVP, Jeff Hardy, The Brian Kendrick and U.S. Champion Shelton Benjamin.

The rules of this unique match are as follows:

** The match has a 20-minute time limit. Two randomly selected participants will start the match, with a new challenger entering the match every five minutes.

** If a Superstar scores a pinfall or submission on any other Superstar in the match, he is declared the "interim" champion for match purposes (and is not officially recognized as champion in the title history). He holds that designation until another Superstar scores a subsequent pinfall or submission on any other Superstar.

** The last Superstar to earn a pinfall or submission within the time limit will be officially declared the WWE Champion.

Nice to see MVP in the main event. As much as I do not want to see it but I think HHH is going to win this match. I do not even think he will be pinned during the match.

Hmm well The brian kendrick, is not winning. I think we can all agree on that.(watch him win)
Shelton is already US champ, i doubt he'll get two titles.
Jeff is in the no mercy poster, so it looks like he's in for another major push.
MVP looks like he is also in the middle of a nice push.
Triple H is the game.

So it looks like its either Jeff, Montel, or Hunter.
My guess would be H. If not then MVP, just cuz Smackdown seems to be filled with top Babyfaces.

This seems more like a U.S. title match than a WWE title match, just with HHH thrown in the mix. All the people in the match deserve to be pushed and given a shot as a main eventer but this just seems to be a match made for HHH to win. It would be great to see him get upset here and see Jeff Hardy or MVP win the belt.

I agree it does feel like a watered down main event only with HHH added. I still think we will get a decent match from this well I hope. If anyone is going to win besides HHH it will be Jeff Hardy
