What Happened To Tradition?

What happened to the traditional survivor series? The WWE has totally lost its edge on keeping everything we love still alive. For the exception of The Royal Rumble and of course Wrestlemania they have totally annihilated the PPV's that we love. There isn't even a "KING OF THE RING" anymore and now the survivor series is just singles matches or championship matches. Hey WWE, you don't have to have a title match at every PPV, doing so will pretty much make feuds end quicker than they started. We all know that the title isn't gonna change hands to DX or the tag champions. Ok I understand bragging rights, but really have it before the survivor series? The WWE creative team can't seem to stick on one thing and run with it, I am really curious to see what Hogan does with TNA. They don't have 13 PPV's a year and of course not charging an additional more dollars for them. If the WWE ever wondered what was wrong with their product, its simple. Story-lines happen at a blink of an eye, they don't develop, and there over before we know they started. Their isn't a real reason to check back each week to see "What is gonna happen". It has pretty much become the same thing over and over again......It's pretty sad when the Raw Vs Smackdown video game storyline is much more entertaining than what is happening on the actual shows.

I wouldn't even be surprised if they got rid of the royal rumble match next. It's pretty ironic that they are focusing on stipulation oriented ppvs but they eliminate the one thing that made surivivor series unique.

Survivor Series should be team matches only, with a final match at the end featuring all the winners of the previous team matches, like they did in 1990.
Abandoning the team format has transformed the Survivor Series from a unique PPV into a bland and generic one.

who says there isn't going to be any traditional matches? Apparently team Mickie vs team McCool is already gonna happen so thats one and there is sure to be more only 3 matches have been announce unless you have some sought of source saying they aren't doing this year.

Does anyone really care about the Divas 5 on 5 match? Seriously? If wwe was smart, they would have aligned the PPV up like this.
