Personally I dont think that would be the case, Knox hasnt really been reciving a moster push either, but to keep him as a top mid-carder, he could be paried with Sheamus...thats pretty much what ECW did to Ezekiel Jackson and Vladimir Koslov.
When it comes to Carlito, he really didnt ask to be changed face in the first place, they just did it. Carlito grew fustrated, becuase he wanted more creative control over his character, but was always shot down when he told RAW his ideas.....ever since then, he really didnt care to be on that show. ECW would only further hurt him.....the show already doesnt get alot of viewers. ECW is best for FCW call ups only at this point.
Waiting around isnt going to help Primo either, he already looks like a joke as it is, why hold off.
What would be the point of that? They want to push Sheamus on his own and make him into a big star. Adding Knox to the equation won't help.
He did, he even implied/stated that he wanted to turn heel and they did it even though he was over with the crowd and could have gotten a bigger push. ECW would do him the most favours. If he got a huge heel push for the title, he would be credible again.
Yeh well everyone else is also waiting, Evan, Swagger, Ryder to name a few...

Honestly Sheamus really isnt all that great, he can be pushed to the moon but, he wont be a main eventer anytime soon, sticking him with Knox wont hurt at all. Nor will both being on the same show.
As I said before I think Carlito would be very upset if he was moved to ECW. The show is really for developing new stars. Even Christan shouldnt still be on there...hes already a 2 time ECW Champion, he needs to get off that show now and drop the belt to Regal.

Yeh it takes years to turn someone into a legit main eventer and they need to start sooner or later and it;s nice they are doing it with Sheamus, and I hope Knox stays on SD.
Well ECW would be the only show where he would get the most TV time and the biggest push.
