SHIMMER Tag Team Champion Out with Swine Flu

One half of the SHIMMER Tag Team Champions, Portia Perez has been taken off the card for tomorrow’s SHIMMER 4th anniversary show due to swine flu.
Perez and tag team partner, Nicole Matthews were likely to be a big part of tomorrow’s show so this throws a spanner in the works. Also off the card is manager, Annie Social. As previously reported, Daizee Haze, Madison Eagles and Lexie Fyfe are all unable to attend the anniversary show. Though indicating on her Twitter page that she is attending, it’s unknown if TNA Knockout Daffney will wrestle tomorrow night after taking that bump at the TNA pay per view last month. Our well wishes to Portia and all the other injured SHIMMER stars! Get well soon! Diva-Dirt.com Portia says that Friday night that she plans on addressing her health situation, the rest of the SHIMMER tag teams, and the fans in general this Sunday via a video message which will be played on the video screen at the show. Annie Social will also be M.I.A. this weekend due to a health issue. Her charges Wesna Busic and Melanie Cruise will compete on Sunday without Social at their side, but Annie said she intends to be back as a physical presence at ringside at future events. It's times like these that we're glad we didn't announce any matches in advance, because the expected card is certainly going to be changed up within the next 36 hours or so. Despite these setbacks, the SHIMMER crew is determined to give each and every one of you the best show possible on Sunday with a crew of over 25 of the top female performers from around the world in action.

Im just over swine flu and I feel sorry 4 the girls. It is one nasty sickness!!! lol
Hope they get better soon. I was out with it 4 two weeks, but mine was prob more severe than the girls. They should be back in action within a week
