exactly what I was gonna say....


Probably because there are Smackdown viewers who have little to no familiarity with Raw (not everyone can watch Raw and PPV's) so they want to establish Beth as a completely dominant destroyer to the fans who don't know her. 

Another reason is that Smackdown only has Mickie now as a face wrestler, and right now she is busy with the Michelle McCool fued, so they don't have much else for Beth at the moment.

giving Beth these squash matches helps her to recover the credibility and dominance that she lost on Raw thanks to the crappy booking that they gave her there.
i´m glad that even in this case,Beth was able go get reactions from the crowd,and most suprisly being cheered,and that´s not common for a Diva like her.i´m betting in seeing Beth as a suprise ally for Mickie against McCool and Layla,even because the way things look and Beth is been acting,her face turn isn´t too far from happen.
