I want Randy Orton to win this one, because he has worked his ass off to become the Best Heel in the business and he has kept Raw! going - saving it from the brink of destruction. not to mention that he got retribution on HHH for what HHH did to him in Evolution. In short he has been and still is the Holy guts of Monday night Raw! which is why he should win this award.
