On Friday at a house show Carlito Carribean Cool severly injured his shoulder in a US Title match against Hardcore Holly. Holly has been known to take liberties and work stiff with the new guys (like on "Tough Enough") so it wouldn't be suprising if Carlito's injury was a direct result of Holly working stiff.

Carlito is going to be out for about three months to have surgery. He is still going to work the match at Survivor Series but will see limited action and most likely will be elminated early.

I wonder who they're going to throw the US Title onto now.........

And it just so happens that match happened five years ago. I said earlier in the thread, Carlito didn't start getting an attitude problem until late 2006/early 2007 when they started to de-push him because of it. From there on in, its been a downward spiral.

Well the storyline with Trish temporarily made Carlito one of Raw's top stars, and him eventually turning on Torrie got him some heat. So what harm was done? Its not like Carlito had anything else to do at the time now was it?

That storyline with Trish SUCKED and it went NO WHERE. . .and ALL that RIC Flair did was FURTHER make Carlito look bad by REPEATING the nonsense Triple H was spouting IN ring. . .And AT the TIME Carlito had a FAIR decent feud going with Mr.Kennedy---during the TRISH nonsense he ORIGINALLY had good stuff going with both RVD and Jeff Hardy!

Thank you and I agree. I truely believe Carlito was filled with false promises and none of them have followed though, they need to send him back to SmackDown and away from the politic Raw. Same for Primo..

Carlito's fueds with RVD and Jeff Hardy are pretty much the only things that were interesting during Carlito's Raw run previously.

If he was on SD he could---but since they have him clocking time on RAW he should have gotten the US before Miz---What REALLY should have happened was since Carlito was feuding a little with Kofi---Chavo and Carlito should have teamed together RIGHT after Night of Champions and then Kofi and Primo could have feuded with them for the unified belts. THEN either team could have taken the belts, I think it should have been Chavo and Carlito!

Then if Kofi was still gonna change gimmick he could have STILL done so. . . dropping the belt to Miz and then Primo could have taken from Miz and the constant attacks from Swagger would have AT LEAST made since. If Swagger got the belt THEN Primo could have been moved to SD and since Matt is babyfacing now and has a history of brother feuding he could have teamed with Primo to try and get the belts from Chavo and Carlito (since those Unified belts are TECHNICALLY suppose to appear on every show. . .). LOTS COLON TV time for BOTH brother---equaling a VERY happy ME!

I like the ideas of that. But since we all know Raw is focused more on Miz, Bourne and Swagger, I think those 3 alone are going to hog up the U.S Title picture....but meanwhile on SD Jomo is about to defend again agaisnt Dolph Ziggler and im pretty confident that Ziggler will win the title next week. IF Primo was moved over then I can see him feuding with Ziggler over the title, or beginning a LONG program with Eric Escobar. Then somehow Carlito gets moved to SD and dragged into the on going fued with Primo/Escobar. Escobar could bring Carlito over and we could get a proper Carlito/Primo fued that didnt happen on Raw. Then fatal 4 way takes place at a PPV for the the IC Championship. I'd make either Prmo or Escobar win the title.

See but that's thing I don't think is Primo MOVED to SD he would get a fair shake EITHER. JOMO is gonna drop the title down to Ziggles (you can tell already)---But Ziggly is way MORE over with the crowd---Primo would have WAY too much work ahead of him in getting the crowd to want to be on his side enough to get the title off Dolph. And even if he started up something with Escobar---no one cares about Escobar for that to be even REMOTELY interesting at the moment.

I KNOW you're gonna hate me for saying it but based on crowd pop right now the only Heel with enough newbie heat to make people care about Primo is Drew. Now Primo could come to SD and get a HERO/VILLIAN program going with Drew---where Drew keeps taking down SD regulars (or trying to) And Prrimo comes to the rescue. But if they stick Primo and Eric together no one is gonna care---Escobar is not a good heel IMO (even WITH Vicky's help)---He's coming off WATERY after the drama of Vicky and Edge. Escobar is REALLY gonna have to come harder with it---or I see him sinking to jobber status REAAAAALLY soon. Cause right now.. .Kilt Brogue Man is being way more interesting a heel---nice and nasty. What MIGHT work is Eric could tag for a bit with Drew---and Primo could tag with Matt---and that might generate enough interest for Primo and Eric to go at it alone.

With a few backstage segements Primo/Escobar I think would work. Primo/McIntyre doesnt sound too bad either, but I this will all help get Primo into the IC contendership, and like I said add Carlito to the mix and we can get a proper Brother vs. Brother storyline.
