In WWE's book probably but it is not as big as they make it seem the divas title is not going to be as historic or in the rank of the woman's title. Now there a three divas who are both hold woman and divas title and it takes away the importance of Michelle's "history making"
Divas title is equivalent to the Million Dollar Man title totally useless
Michelle McCool no matter how many titles she wins will never be in the same ranks as Senstaional Sherri, Trish Stratus, Lita and Victoria and possibly Mickie James because she is the most uncharismatic divas in history and i am not exxaggerating.
In wrestling people don't remember title reigns they remember you as a character and your matches and Michelle has no real memorable character or matches. She is very overhyped in the WWE and people may say Trish was overrated but Trish can entertain the fans and she brought some uniqueness about her character. I don't remember Trish for being a seven time woman's champion i remember her for her great matches and her one of a kind character and being an original diva. Lita is not remembered for being a four time woman's champion she is remembered for her ability to have the crowd in the palm of her hands and being a huge draw for the company. Victoria is remembered for her tough as nails attitude and the first diva to ever do a steel cage match.
Michelle is not a draw for the company and she will never be a star for the company she can't even draw heat Alicia Fox has been in WWE for eight months and she drew more heat within those eight months than Michelle has done through her whole year as a heel.She has improved tremedously as a wrestler but nowadays every diva improves somewhat she is not doing anything groundbreaking and she is not doing anyhting to raise the standards for women in wrestling she is just a surf in the spot.

Yeah but she will never be in the ranks as a Trish Stratus or Lita
The fans determine your legacy and she has not really done anything and created some type of connection with the fans to make them care for her that is just how it is you create a legacy by having the fans in the palm of your hands
Hulk Hogan was not the greatest wrestler in the world but people remember him for his character and his unique charisma
Mickie James will more remembered than McCool i am not being a hater i am telling you how it is. In order to become a star you need to have a fanbase the constant push and "making history" means nothing if you don't have a fanbase.

She has some fans yes even Kelly Kelly and Maria has fans but does she have the popularity of Mickie James no! Mickie James and Melina are the only girls in that company who has the most popular fanbase reason why she had to turn heel because she could not cut it as a babyface and never boosted her popularity now that she is heel her position in the roster is a lot more stable. They turn people faces and heels because they feel they either need a character change for the storyline or keep their postion on the roster.
A lot of times you are really popular when they keep you a babyface which is why Mickie and Melina are the current strong babyfaces.
As a wrestler she is good and better than most of the divas but not the greatest she is good in the WWE standard her wrestling is realistic and stiff somewhat but she has not yet really had a match where it really boosts up her character she is good and athletic but not a good storyteller in the ring but majority of the divas in that ring are not good storytellers except for Melina, Beth, Gail and Mickie.
