Rosa!!! Lauren is beyond horrible; there is absolutely nothing good about her announcing skills, or lack there of.

Lauren is still learning, though. She also has a different style of announcing, which isn't bad (Of course, you people these days tend to think that change is epic fail).

I'm not saying I could do better or anything, but when your at the top, you shouldn't still be learning, imo.
