Former WWE star Jeff Hardy is scheduled for court this morning at Moore County Criminal District Court in Carthage, N.C. Hardy is expected to present a defense against several drug-related charges he is faced with after his arrest in September.
There are three separate court cases filed under Hardy's name and six charges altogether. Following is a list of categories and charges. Case 1 - Felony drug trafficking, Two felony charges of possession of a Schedule III controlled substance or drug. (3) Case 2 - Felony possession of cocaine, Felony maintaining a dwelling for redistribution of controlled substances. (2) Case 3 - Misdemeanor Possession of drug paraphernalia. (1) I will continue to monitor this story today and report back on the results of Hardy's court appearance.Say something to Jeff ! |

I hope he has to be a prison b*tch for atleast awhile..
but obviously not for 14 years. 6 month sentance should teach him.
