Cry me a river, I don't care much for who the Guest is, I've only ever heard of two of them who've hosted (aside from the Legends) RAW so far and I didn't complain only time I would complain was when they knew NOTHING about wrestling. For those that don't know Ricky, he's a laid back down to earth guy very easy going and a good talker so don't worry about being boring on the mic. He's also a WWE fan which is probably the most important thing. Heck Undertaker and Batista paid a visit to his gym back in 2007: Here's another two videos of Hatton on the mic, promoting his fight.
