The WWF made a VHS called Chris Jericho - Break Down the Walls. The WWE has a habit of Not doing DVDs they have already done in the past. They would rather just compile matches than redo the Bio VHS. Case in point: Stone Cold Steve Austin. The WWE released 3 VHS tapes on Steve, one a Bio, the other 2 took place after the others. But when Austin retired and they could have made a complete Bio DVD they chose to just do computation of his matches from WCCW, WCW, ECW and WWE.

Because Jericho is too awesome for a 2 or 3 disc DVD set. If they wanted to have all of his great moments it would span about 17 discs. So they have a lot of great Jericho moments to condense into 3 or 4 discs, and that would take forever. They have to find somebody to take on that task.
