Lets look at facts:
Shane has had one, maybe two decent matches. One against Angle (and who doesn;t have a great match when Angle is carrying you) and two against Kane in which SHane should have been buried within seconds but it was still a decent match. On the other hand, Undertaker has had well over a dozen decent matches and pribably half of those you can consider Legendary (Take vs Mankind, Taker vs HBK just to name two).
Second fact, Shane hasn't gotten over a single wrestler. The last time he helped push someone is when he was a heel manager for Benoit and his Test fued helped to get Test over as a face. But Shane has done nothing but go on weak face runs in the past few years and has done nothing to help get young talent over. His so called feud against Legacy was a joke. Taker on the other hand is known for helpingto get young talent over and he is actually a guy fans want to cheer for. We don;t have to be forced into it like we do with Shane.
Lastly, Taker lives, breaths and has given his entire livlihood to wrestling. Why do you think Vince has made him into one of the biggest names in wrestling today? Because he EARNED IT! Shane I'm sure is a great businessman, but he has contributed to the success of the WWE about as much as Hornswoggle has.
Lets also not forget that Shane is a complete jackarse outside the ring based on numerous accounts from fan interactions to numerous accounts of his twofaced ways. My guess is that Taker has had bad days as well, but given the fact that nothing about it has been documented, it'd be wrong to make that assumption.
Undertaker is ten times the man ShaneOBrat will ever be when it comes to the wrestling business, and Vince is smart not to leave his tool of a son in control. Give him his stock and send him on his way!

The Undertaker is to wrestling what Derak Jeter is to the Yankees.
Simple enough for you?
Technical and ground and pound wrestlers are the most underrated in the biz. Give these guys some credit. Their bodies take more of a beating than spot monkey's whose matches are all about setting up their spot and have nothing to do with wrestling.

Hmm.... put it this way. You may not like Undertaker being in the main event but, you know he has earned his right ti be there. At the last No Way Out Shane O Mac was one of the main eventers basically because his dad owns the company & he's Triple H's brother in law. Undertaker has spent 17 years making a name for hmiself. Shane tried to make a name for himselfas someone who was "hardcore", he eventually got a name as a bailer. He bailed his wrestling career, his job, WcW etc... Also Shane hates kids! If anything Taker should be given the right to attack Shane McMahon & lock him in a knee bar until he cries!!!

I don't know that he hates kids, he's just a **** to everyone. And you're right, his lame attempts at being hardcore by stealing an RVD move and falling into an airbag are a joke.
It wouldn't take much for Taker to get ShaneO to cry and it's be funny as hell to watch.
