WWE taped this week's edition SmackDown tonight from the Blue Cross Arena in Rochester, New York. Special thanks to our good friend Ryan Gray of WNW, reader Eric & PWI for sending text-message updates. Below are full results.

SmackDown (Airing Friday on MyNetworkTV):

* Teddy Long comes out and congratulates SmackDown for their win at WWE Bragging Rights. He says Batista and Rey Mysterio will have a "heart to heart" to settle their differences. Chris Jericho comes to the ring without Big Show. Teddy Long takes the Bragging Rights trophy and their is such a "you suck" chant Jericho can't be heard. Jericho says Long giving Big Show a World Heavyweight Championship shot was underhanded. He says he is the talent of SmackDown and made Team SmackDown a victor all by himself. He said he should be champion. Kane comes out, almost chokeslams Jericho Long tells him not to do it because he has something to say. Not only will Raw have a Triple-Threat Match at Survivor Series, so will SmackDown - tonight Chris Jericho vs. Kane, the winner will join Big Show vs. Undertaker.

* Dolph Ziggler defeated WWE Intercontinental Champion John Morrison via count out in a non-title match.
- Dolph tells Morrison that he's the only member of the SD roster that lost at Bragging Point (yes, he called it Bragging Point) and Morrison says he doesn't recall seeing Dolph actually have a match. Ziggler wins by countout after dropping Morrison on the SD announce table.

* Backstage Vince McMahon congratulates Teddy Long on winning at Bragging Rights. CM Punk comes in and says he should be in the title match at Survivor Series and that he'd still be champ if it wasn't for Scott Armstrong's shoddy officiating. Vince agrees with Punk and says tonight Punk will have a match against Scott Armstrong. Punk loves the idea and thanks Vince.

* Beth Phoenix defeated A 110 pound jobber from Elmira, New York.

* Announced for later tonight: Cryme Tyme presents a Divas Halloween costume contest.

* Matt Hardy defeated Eric Escobar w/Vickie Guerrero
- Vickie Guerrero comes out dressed like a princess. She says she wants to introduce everyone to her Prince Charming, Eric Escobar. He has a match against Matt Hardy, which Hardy wins.

* Rey Mysterio is shown backstage walking to the ring, his heart to heart with Batista is next.

* Rey Mysterio comes out and talks about what happened at Bragging Rights. He says that he considers Batista family and he's not leaving the ring until they talk about it like men. Batista comes out and asks Rey how dare he call him out. Rey says he just wants to straighten things out, Batista tells him he's giving him a chance to leave the ring. Rey refuses to leave and tells Batista that it was a Fatal 4 Way, did he not expect him to try to win? He says Batista is like his big brother and he's willing to let bygones be bygones, that if he had known being in the match was going to interfere with their friendship, he would have never been in the match. Batista gives Rey one last chance to leave the ring, Rey won't go. Rey says to think about everything they've been through, to think about Eddy. Batista says 'Eddy's dead', that he's not thinking about Rey, he's thinking about himself. Batista leaves the ring and walks off.

* Backstage, Matt Hardy approaches Batista and tells him to think about what he's doing. There are things he did to Jeff that he wishes he could take back but he can't, and that Rey and Batista really are family. Batista walks off and Matt turns around and starts texting on his cell phone, Batista comes up from behind and attacks him.

* Drew McIntyre comes out and says he didn't want to be a part of Team Smackdown to begin with, as he will be making his own impact. He says the party is over for his opponent. Finlay comes out but Drew attacks him as he stepped on the apron. Drew beats him down. The match never officially happened. Refs comes out to help Finlay.

* Cryme Tyme hosts the 2009 Diva Halloween Costume Party.
- Natalya is an eliminator. Layla is Michael Jackson. Michelle McCool is a devil. Mickie James is Electra. The winner is Mickie James. After the contest a fight between the Divas breaks out. Shad helps Mickie out of the ring to a huge pop. Cryme Tyme and Mickie James pose at the entrance to another pop.

* CM Punk defeated Referee Scott Armstrong with the GTS.
- After the match, all the referees come out to help Armstrong.

* Chris Jericho defeated Kane
- Jericho got the win with the Code Breaker to gain entry into the World championship bout at the Survivor Series.

• A "heart to heart?"  Really?  Man, if there was any hope of Batista forgiving Rey, there'd be no chance with a goony name like that.  Might as well have them in the crowd and put the Kiss Cam on them.

• LOL, Bragging Point.  I've seen Breaking Point calling Bragging Rights and Bragging Rights called Breaking Point probably hundreds of times now, but that's a new one on me.  Goes to show WWE that their new PPVs aren't as distinct as they think.

• My name is Finlay, and I looooooooove to party!  Wait, he doesn't say that.  Drew McIntyre had better come up with a better reason to take out his opponents than to end the party, because some of his opponents don't quite fit the bill.

• Mickie James always wins the Divas' Halloween costume contests, does she not?  Looks like the WWE Universe doesn't give a damn if she is carrying a few extra pounds.  If.

Sounds like a pretty good show; I'll have to tune in for CM Punk's match at least.

Seems like an ok show, but i cant wait to hear dolph saying bragging point and punk beating up armstrong!
