I think that both of them are excellent heels. But at the moment CM Punk is being utilized better. Raw just continues to be stale with the same feuds over and over again.

I think when Randy's story was hot, he was top heel, but his story has lost all momentum. I want to see how they are going to pit the Undertaker against CM. Maybe CM will do the people dont go to the dark side story.
