Definitley Victory Road.
Night of Champions had a surprisingly good womens title match, and the WWE title match was great. NoC wasn't that bad, but the quality of the main event, divas title match and ECW title match sucked, everything else was average or better.

Backlash was the worst, along with TNA Destination X. The only redeming features of those were Christian v Jack Swagger and Booker T vs AJ Styles.
NoC wasn't terrible.

I didn't see either of these ppvs live, but Judgement Day had terribley crappy results w/ the exception of morrison vs. Benjamin and Swagger vs. Christian. So I'll say Judgement day as my vote.
