Swagger or MVP....Who deserves to be world champ first?

Jack Swagger. He should be put in the main event status (I think Swagger would have benefited more on SD! I was thinking a Swagger/Mysterio fued would have been awesome!).
Now, I'm not saying MVP dosen't deserve to be champion, but I can't really picture him with the WWE title. We are living in the era of Paul McCool and Bambi Neidhart. Don't make us wack you with the Ugly Stick Twitter.com/PaulMcCool

MVP is an established star, who has had feuds with a few big players (I can only think of Kane  )While Jack Swagger is a fresh, new face that seems to have some great potential. I'm gonna go with Swagger..
