Swagger will be a mid carder until the next draft and get drafted to SD to become a big star! Henry could be a good fit for raw but we will just have 2 c! Evan Bourne come on really? He is defiantly not a jobber!

I don't imagine what will they do with Swagger, but I see him as a future champion. He is a great opponent for Orton and HHH.

Edit: Henry will probably be classified as a "jobber to the stars" kind of role. He'll beat the undercard guys but when it comes to facing the likes of Cena, Orton, HHH..he will lose.
Swagger will continue to be elevated (hopefully) into a future main eventer Bourne will probably get lost in the shuffle. He already was getting that in a much smaller brand of ECW, imagine what it could be like on RAW.
