I think John Cena should win this match Sunday, so they can keep something on-going for awhile. Having Miz beat Cena right away with a clean pin, especially on a ppv, would take away from the story. Miz is trying to convince us that he can do something impressive and the best way to do that is by going after the top superstar, John Cena. But, if he wins this fast into it, it wouldn't seem like any work was put into it. I'll have Cena win this match Sunday, Miz continuing to pursue Cena on the following weeks and whatnot, have Cena beat him maybe a couple more times, and then FINALLY, Miz defeats John Cena. Simply put, I just don't think Miz should beat Cena right away. It makes everything they're trying to do weak.
I like how you planned it out.
Me personally I would love to have Miz win this match, but I can see where you're coming from. It would be too early of a win. My only hope is that if Cena does win this match, then they continue this feud until Miz gets a W.

All of his previous claims would turn him into a joke.
Not him beating Miz on the very first match, especially a ppv match-up, wouldn't take away from the story.
Why would you have someone like Miz go over someone like John Cena on a ppv match on the first match-up? While that may prove Miz to be impressive, it makes John Cena look weak. It HAS to be some "fight" to get to where you want to go.
I wouldn't have some mid-carder go over my top guy just like that. Their will be some "obstacles" for that win.
This is why I like the way they've been handling Morrison. I wouldn't have let him go over Chris Jericho or Edge yet either.
The only way Miz wins is by interference or a handful of tights. To preserve Miz's already troubled wreck he needs an underhanded win or DQ. Anything else will result in him becoming the shame of RAW.
That's also true. I just wouldn't have Miz go over on a clean pin yet, and when he finally does, that'll ultimately make the fans take him seriously. Since you mentioned an underhanded win though, that's fair enough.

Agreed. I mean, I wouldn't mind seeing Miz score a win either, and I'm sure Cena wouldn't mind laying down for him, but I don't see why they would have Miz beat him just like that, especially on a ppv, and especially if they want to create something on-going.
A poster mentioned an underhanded win though, like pulling the tights or whatever, and that's fair too. Having Miz win like that would be okay. A win is still a win, but having him cheat to get it would still keep the story intact.

Yeah I get you though. It's basically a two-way street depending on how WWE decides to handle it.

Well a Big Show run in is obviously going to occur. What I think might happen is, Show helps Cena and let's him win. Then maybe somewhere down the line there might be a triple threat where Miz gets a win on both of them.

I would LOVE for The Miz to win this one! It'd be good for him. He deserves some good wins under his belt... he works hard ----- Nikki http://www.thewrestlingforum.org

No, and the Miz should of never been drafted to Raw in the first place because the Miz will never be Championship material like John Morrison is. Morrison should of been drafted to Raw instead of Miz.

He should. In one way or an other. Miz is awesome and should be going places. Hell, he could be a next heel Cena. However, like HBKLOVER said, not totally cleanly, just to keep this angle going.
