Don't get me wrong, I'm a big Matt Hardy fan. But how are we supposed to take him seriously as a sinister heel if he's kissing dogs and talking baby talk during his promos? That kinda made the promo akward and put a bad taste in my mouth it was so bad.

if matt wins then he may feel that he exacted his revenge for being in the shadow of jeff, but if jeff wins, matt may apologize. you are right, matt is not good at playing a heel. its like trying to make stone cold into a heel, they'd have to use tape recordings of booing in order to actually make him into a heel on tv per say but whoever was there would know who was really being booed and who wasnt.

The angle is supposed to show him mentally imbalanced, but it's coming across as comedic relief. This story line had so much potential and is limping into WM.
