Its laughable to think that RVD is "talentless" and I'm sure many people would agree with me.The old ECW had good storylines and wrestling it was an alternative to WCW and WWE which is what made it popular, it had a variety of good quality wrestling, high flying wrestlers, and hardcore styled matches.

The new ECW has worse quality wrestling and storylines. Sure it has a better production value because its with the WWE, its not the "real" ECW because of that.

The old ecw had skinny anorexic wrestler who were spot monkey's just fly around the ring and that was not entertaining at all. But now ecw is good because guys like ricky ortiz and hornswaggle are great and very talented

If your a fan or Rey, then your being a hypocrite. Rey is very similar to RVD as they are both high flyers, the only difference is that RVD is heavier than Rey and that RVD was in ECW.

Man are you going to get pick on. Can't say I disagree with you. In fact you are a 100% right. Heck most of the IWC fans are old ECW fans that thinks the old ECW was the greatess. They seem to be drinking that same kooaid that Paul Heyman was drinking. That is a coment from Eric Bischoff once made. Most of those ECW fans are now TNA fans still trying to live the glory day. Thats why you hear the TNA chant at the TNA events sometimes.

The old ECW lead to many shorten careers. Half of those wrestlers that wrestler in the old ECW are retire because they can't put down the pot. An then took way to many bumps. You watch these new young ECW wrestlers are going to have much longer careers.

In closing you and I most likely will get jump on for telling the truth on how bad really the old ECW really was. But sometimes its better to here the truth. That the new ECW is better than the old. An the old ECW was nothing but a stunt backyard wrestling show.

Just out of curiosity, could you give me a few names of wrestlers that their careers have been halved? I just can't think of any.

2. Sandman
3. Mick Foley
4. Raven
5. Public Enemy
6. Lance Storm

Now don't get me wrong the Old ECW was bad because of so many hardcore matches. To me that stuff just not wrestling it kills alot of careers. An don't tell me ECW was not just all hardcore because every match in the old ECW were Hardcore matches an it was pretty bad too. Half those guys in the ECW look so high that they didn't know what they are doing half the time.

I am sorry I was not a ECW fans more of the WCW fan. I just think yeah WCW took a lot of the great ECW top wrestler that could have made ECW a whole lot better. But that was because ECW didn't have the money at the time. An I am just never been a Paul Heyman fan and was never a big fan of the old ECW.

The old ECW was great, it had the best wrestling out of any promotion and the atmosphere from its fans will never, NEVER be replicated in any wrestling promotion ever again. So it didn't have great production values, so they didn't have 30,000 people at every event, but the fans would come and see it religiously and the roster felt like family. The WWE on the other hand has made a mockery of the ECW legacy by making it PG and putting ''wrestlers'' like Hornswoggle on the programme, they're only on there to make pre-puberty morons like you happy.

Don't get me wrong, its not like the ECW brand now is bad. But the fact that they brought it back and then dumped over its legacy in the space of a few weeks is nothing short diabolical. If you think guys like Ricky Oritiz are better then Sabu, then you are not a wrestling fan. Sabu revolutionized hardcore wrestling, so did Sandman. What has Ortiz done, NOTHING. No wonder he's never on ECW anymore, because nobody gives a damn about him.

You want ROH and TNA to go out of business? Just think of the hundreads of people who have worked day and night to make those promotions, to put on the best matches they can and make those companies grow. And suddenly you want them all be jobless, in a time of economic recession? The WWE needs competition to get better and grow themselves, which is why the Attitude Era came about because of WCW moving to Monday Nights and meeting head on with Raw.
