cena rules Posts: 237	ECW was no where near to wwe and thats why they ran out of business and that was the happiest day of my life when they ran out of business. When WCW got buried life couldnt get much better, I am very happy now I hope TNA and ROH run out of business too

Smoo Posts: 154	Cheap production value doesn't mean its a crappier company. Its the show that matters, not which building it is in or if it has a bigger crowd or not. Its laughable to think that RVD is "talentless" and I'm sure many people would agree with me.The old ECW had good storylines and wrestling it was an alternative to WCW and WWE which is what made it popular, it had a variety of good quality wrestling, high flying wrestlers, and hardcore styled matches. The new ECW has worse quality wrestling and storylines. Sure it has a better production value because its with the WWE, its not the "real" ECW because of that. The only reason ECW ran out of buisness was because ECW didn't have enough time to get onto another TV network. If it had gone onto a network it would have survived a bit long and would have grown more. Another reason was because that the wrestlers weren't payed enough, so they went to WCW or WWE. The only good thing I can think of about the new ECW is that it acts as a training for upcoming wrestlers, its like OVW or Heat. Blank signature ftw.
