I would like to see TNA sign Teddy Hart and Jack Evans, have them team together like they did in AAA("The Hart Foundation 2.0.") it would also be pretty funny as it's damn obvious they would be billions of times better than "The Hart Dynasty" also it can't be claimed as copying because "The Hart Foundation 2.0." were around long before "The Hart Dynasty".

Teddy Hart was in TNA before and he got fired for starting a fight with CM Punk. The guys a "Juvi", meaning that while he is great in the ring he is poison backstage and can't get along with anyone.

Hart Dynasty isn't Hart Foundation 2.0... those are two different teams entirely...
Anyway, to the OP, they gave Teddy Hart a try before, but he just didn't get along well backstage so they let him go. And quite frankly, he just sucks. I remember when he no sold in the scramble cage melee in ROH. It p!ssed me off, so he has no respect from me.

Excuse me but how exactly would it be "better"?
Lets look at the two stables we are suggesting here shall we?
Hart Dynasty Members:
Tj Wilson aka Tyson Kidd: Damn good wrestler, great all around performer, need I say anymore? David Hart Smith: Great wrestler when you put his size into play, great technician, and good in ring performer. Natalya: Easily the best women wrestler overall in the WWE and arguably in all of pro wrestling.
Hart Foundation 2.0 Members
Teddy Hart: Now this guy is actually a good wrestler, not great, I've always found his wrestling skills to be overrated, but he is a damn good athlete and is very talented. He also has good mic skills. But as we all know he's a jack@ss. Jack Evans: Okay where do I even need to start with this guy? Absolutely horrible wrestler, is nothing more than a spot monkey, is very, VERY sloppy in the ring, and is also a jack@ss backstage. His mic skills also blow.
I'd take Hart Dynasty over Hart Foundation 2.0 any day.

WWE is no longer the face of Pro Wrestling. TNA has taken over that honor. Get over it marks.

I always forget about the backstage problems with Teddy Hart, I guess he is in AAA because he doesn't speak Spanish so he can't piss off any of the Mexicans backstage, although a language barrier probably doesn't stop him anyway.

Jack Evans isn't terrible in the ring. When he is off he is WAY off but when he is on his game he can be great to watch. He is very hit or miss, that is the only issue.

Teddy Hart will never have a major run in a national fed because of the chip on his shoulder. The guy needs to get his head out of his ass and grow up before he's remembered best as a "King of the Indies."

I agree with the statement that she's the best "Diva" but in all of Pro Wrestling? No.

Jack Evans reminds me of Jeff Hardy (in his early years before all this troubles started weighting him down). Sure the guys not a great mat wrestler and his storytelling isn't always the best...but....he can do alot of amazing jaw dropping highspots and is willing to take the big bumps. He would be awesome in a multi man Ultimate X match. You could do much much worse as far as spotmonkey's go.
I think he would be useful as long as he is a tag team and doesn't stay in the ring long enough that his weakness become an annoyance or if he sticks to multi man matches.
I would have to disagree with Jericho on his assessment of his mic skills. The guy got over in Mexico as a top face without speaking a word of Spanish. That takes some charisma.
