Honestly why was Dixie Carter's browbeating of the TNA roster on tv?

i liked how we got to see a TNA meeting with everyone there. Dixie Carter may have said some things that didnt sound good like telling her employes that they SHOULD support her. i agree they should but at least have them come to you and express their veiws about some of the decisions. She can make up her own mind true but the stars dont want to go to the WWE at this time. TNA is awesome and i really hope she isnt making any mistakes because this if TNA wants to beat WWE in the ratings...now is the chance to do so

Ok I decided to actually watch the segment since I slept all day yesterday and missed the show.

What a horrible segment that had no reason to be on TV.

I don't have anything wrong with what Dixie told the TNA roster. Booker T is a perfect example of this. Why do you think TNA Management decided not to renew Booker's contract later this month when it expires?

Anyways, and it is a good movie because as Peter said earlier and as Dixie said, a company is just like a unit in a war, if one just one soldier goes rogue, it might just kill everybody with him.

Bad : Because it shows that there is a crack, a weakness in TNA's foundation, a doubt between it's roster which our dear old Vinnie could use, i actually heard that Kazarian asked for his release due to how bad TNA has been booking his character Suicide.
Plus shouting at your roster, it just was like a school teacher telling children what to do which i really don't like.
And 3rd she's saying stuff she can't back up. If AJ Styles for example, or Daniels or Angle or Joe ask for their release as she said "Get a new job !" TNA will simply die.

I praise Dixie for the speech she gave to the TNA roster.  She was just trying to motivate the guys and it worked.  Once I saw the promo between AJ and Daniels I knew they were stepping up their game.

i did actually cringe wen this aired.
there's rallying the troops and then there's brow beating. It did sound like a school teacher talking to her class rather than an executive talking to her employees.
I agree with the poster who said about her comment tht "you can find another job" tht AJ, angle etc leaving bcuz of it wud ruin TNA.
I think we need double j back or some1 hu knows how to run a promotion rather than a marketing business. (lets face it, she is a glorified agent)

It pretty much confirms that all the rumors of talent being upset with the company and speaking out were true. 

Now Dixie is basically telling the people who make money for her that  if they are upset with the way things are they shouldn't speak out or they will be fired.  Putting a muzzle on descent. 


And honestly if she really felt the need to talk to her roster like this why put it on tv?


Shouldn't this have been done behind closed doors!?
