I was overjoyed when Randy retained the championship.  He deserves to be the champ, and he deserves the push that he is getting because we all know that Triple H will be back on top in a short amount of time.  Triple H guaranteed that he was going to fight as though his life depended on it, and I didn't see any of that...granted he did most of the work to allow Randy to win with his pedigree on Cena.  Triple H disappointed me with his performance, but it doesn't matter because Randy won...what gave me the most satisfaction was when the AT&T texting poll results came through and only 8% of the fans said Randy would win, and a staggering 52% believed that Cena would pull through...I'll send a "Haha" to those fans, and a "yeahhhhh" to the Randy believers!  Let's keep it going...rally for Randy!!!

Should've been main event.  Should've been longer and more dramatic.

But great ending - I like Orton retaining.  Thank God.

This match  ***

This was a perplexing match for a number of reasons.  I thought this would be the main event, but it wasn't.  More perplexing was how  short it was, and its lack of great moments.  The two best moments were from Triple H.  One was a fantastic camera shot during his entrance  with fireworks in the sky behind him.  The other was him locking the crippler crossface onto John Cena.  The rest...well...I'm scratching my head.  Indeed, they had a tough act to follow after the Ric Flair/Shawn Michaels match.  Moreover, the match was wrought with some technical difficulties that may have confused both the performers and the fans.  The result was a by-the-numbers triple threat match well below the quality that each of the performers are capable of.  Maybe they'll be a rematch at Backlash to give these guys another chance to put on the great show they should have dropped on us at 'Mania.

Randy Orton retaining the title was an excellent choice.  No one believed he'd walk out of 'Mania the champ and he defied all expectations.  It seems the Legend Killer will have a legitimate title reign on "Monday Night Raw."

A bit of a side note, Cena's entrance music being played by a marching band was better than I expected it to sound.  It kind of had a Sun Ra and his Arkestra feel to it.  But, why did the band play "God Save the Queen" before the match?

Eye Candy and Kevin, we are all on the same page: THANK GOD RANDY WON!!!  I was screaming as though I was actually in Orlando celebrating with him directly.  My friend and I were jumping for joy together, and I was crying in happiness.  My man has won!!!  Finally, Cena doesn't get to take in all the glory...finally Randy gets to walk down that ramp with his head up high and a title on his arm.  I was so proud of him, and after that match, I honestly didn't care about the outcome of the other matches.  I think Randy deserved to be the main event that night.  He took a bit of a beating, but in the end, he used his intelligence and Triple H's pedigree to retain the belt.  I hope his reign keeps on stretching, and I hope that Cena doesn't get to be the number one contender, nor the champ for a long long time!!!

PS: Happy Birthday, Randy (April 1)!  You were no fool!!!

John Cena should've won.  What were they thinking?  He is the future.

I wanted to be able to witness, "The champ is here!" on RAW tonight.  Instead, last night I kept saying, "The champ is near."  He never made it unfortunately.

Why wasn't this the main event?  That's ridicullous!  The WWE Championship is THE championshiip.  Nobody cares abnout the big  gold belt.  That ruined the whole show for me.  Triple H is THE main event man, and he was relegated to the miid card.  Shame on Vince McMahon.

I think all three men were confused by all the chaos that surrounded this match.  What struck me, was how orange Triple H was.  You would think that someone in his position would be able to afford something better than a cheap tanning oil that makes your body look like a carrot.  I couldn't see the ropes because of him.

Orange or not, Triple H should have had a lock on that match.  He hasn't won at WrestleMania in over 5 years, so I am not understanding why he didn't fight harder to get the gold.  Orton is becoming so annoying with the belt; he doesn't have the mic skills that HHH has.  Orton stole the victory because, let's face it, he cannot win on his own.  I don't see how HHH could have lost to a boot to his head...not possible.  He fought as though he didn't know how to.  I am angry.
