My point in the article being that TNA is under-going radical changes directly due to Jeff's unprofessional actions. Let me ask you, if you had a top notch employee working for your company and you had relations with his wife, what would you expect to happen? I would expect the man to either leave at the first opportunity or to strike back with furious vengeance. Kurt, maintaining his professionalism, did not strike back nor bring his sordid problems to the ring, but instead took Jarrett's personal attacks on televised events and turned them into professional grudge matches.

The real problem occurred when someone from TNA called a radio station and reported that Jeff and Karen were living together. This created an uncontrollable rift between the two since Kurt and Jeff could no longer work this out privately.

In my eyes, Jeff is a piece of **** for stealing another man's wife. But the big picture here is not Jeff and Karen, it's Jeff's standing amongst his employees and the fact that he left the brand high and dry for a piece of @ss. Russo and many older wrestlers were just waiting for the chance to gain the upper hand and get in Dixie Carter's ear. Now, Scott D'Amor, who was personally hand picked by Jeff to created the TNA Knockout division no longer works for creative. The Knockouts have suffered for it, look at the frequency and amount of time allowed for women's matches since he was let go two months ago. Where are the X-Division wrestlers, you haven't seen an X-Division wrestler since before the last pay-per-view.

Again, my post has nothing to do with Jarrett's in ring abilities or management capabilities. It has everything to do with the stupid decision to shack up with his main event star's ex-wife and not foreseeing the consequences of his actions. Jeff promoted many of the younger stars you will see in the future of this business and gave them lots of air time to create a cast of new generation superstars, both male and female. Dixie Carter is not a wrestler and with Jarrett gone, she's going to look to her top stars for promotion ideas. But her top superstars are not necessarily trying to help TNA as much as trying to maintain their personal status within the company.
