As soon as the show comes on, it goes straight to Vickie Guerrero in the ring.  There are no fireworks, there isn't any graphics, and there isn't any shots showing the sold-out crowd in Orlando Florida.

Vickie: "I have some issues to address right now.  First off, I want Wrestlefreak to come out here right now."  Wrestlefreak comes out and there is a small cheer coming from them."  Now Wrestlefreak, I said last week that if anyone interrupts the OWC championship match, they will be personally FIRED!"

Wrestlefreak: "I remember and know that."

Vickie: "Well then you know what happens then?  You aren't fired.  You didn't interrupt the match; you came in when the match was over.  So you aren't fired but I want to ask you, why did you attack him?"

Wrestlefreak: "I was sick and tired of him talking to me like that on his thread that got so much heat.  I couldn't take it anymore.  He said I was a no one, he said that I was a jobber, I shouldn't be in OWC.  Well I had to show him that I deserve to be here and that I am here."

Vickie: "Well tonight is the biggest day of your career.  You are going one on one against CBM.  To make this show even better, I am going to make it an OWC championship match.  Also, tonight is where we, TFC, finally say good-bye to the former chairman of TFC, McMahon 101.  This entire show will be in honor of McMahon 101 and his commitment for TFC."  Vickie and Wrestlefreak walk off to the back as Vickie is a foot or so in front of Wrestlefreak.  A camera shot then goes to the back.

Eric: "Hello Everyone.  You may know me on Smackdown as Eric Bischoff.  I am here with CBM: King of Defiance.  Now CBM, how do you feel as OWC champion?

CBM: "How I feel?  I feel the same.  I have been a champion all my life.  I been a champion before I even came here, I am the best in the world today.  Nothing is different, except I can actually destroy people now."

Eric: "okay....Now what do you think of Vickie making you vs. Wrestlefreak for your title tonight?"

CBM: "I think it is absurd.  I mean he is a jobber, he doesn't deserve to be in TFC, not to mention OWC.  I can't believe Vickie wants to waste my talent against someone like him....and for the title.  There is no way he will be champion....EVER!"

• 1. Melissa vs. Bryant Prince Jr: Sniper the Black Angle

Heyman: "It looks like Melissa is making her OWC debut.  We haven't seen too many great debuts of diva's here in OWC as we know Sharona and Becky both lost their match.  Let's see how she does here."

The bell rings as Bryant is focused and is ready for his match and ready to win today.  Before Bryant moved, Melissa came running up and made him fall as she went for the legs.  With that great technical move, she then stands up as the crowd cheers.  Bryant gets up and doesn't know how he can fall.  She then goes around the ring, and so does he.  He came running up to her for a closeline but she ducked and through an elbow right to his back and then did a reverse ddt.  She climbs to the top rope and waits for him to get up.  She then flies off and does a flying cross body.  1-2-NO.  Melissa then picks him up and does an arm drag.  He gets up and she does it again.  He gets up and she does a body slam but he reversed it and did a suplex.  He gets up and jumped in the air and did a flying knee drop.  She got up and she tried for his finisher the Sniperbomb.  It didn't connect and she did a facebuster.  1-2-3!

Heyman: "OH MY!!! I can't believe what we witnessed.  Not only did Bryant lose another match, but Melissa won a match.  She won it by her finisher, facebuster."  (Commercial)

Vickie: "I am here with Becky and Sharona.  Now Becky, we saw a debut of a diva here in OWC.  What do you think as she won?"

Becky: "I know Witchy Ecie is behind it.  How can she win?  I mean really!  I faced Bryant last week and I LOST!  What is happening to OWC?  I know Ecie is behind this with her spells and her hocus pocus junk."

Sharona: "That is right.  I even tried to assist Becky on beating Bryant last week and we didn't succeed."

Becky: "While we try to figure this out, Sharona and I have come to an agreement.  We are now called "Beckarona".  This is going to be the dominant force with us as we fix and get rid of all of the witches and all of the imaginary people in OWC...and Melissa is now on that list.

• 2. Wrestlemaniac vs. Prience

Heyman: "Look at this Wrestlemaniac!  He is huge.  This is a monster.  How can anyone survive him as he has to outweight Prience about 100 lbs?"

The match is underway and Wrestlemaniac does a BIGboot right to Prience.  It knocks him down and almost flips over by it.  He then gets him up and irish whips him into the ropes.  Prience comes back and he does an armdrap takedown.

Heyman: "Do you ever see a monster doing that kind of move?  No you don't."

He wrenches it more and more until Prience is screaming in pain.  He then gets up and picks Prience up by one arm.  He then does a piledriver landing Prience right on his head.  Wrestlemaniac walks around the ring and the crowd is hating this brutal attack.  Prience gets up but he has to use the ropes.  Wrestlemaniac then irish whips him again and does a DEADLY spinning  side slam.  Winner: 1-2-3!

Heyman: "I can't believe that match.  I can't believe this star.  Man, he is a maniac.....a Wrestlemaniac."  (Commercial).

• 3. Hitman619 vs. Save_Us_TBK

Hitman: "You know; I don't want this title.  I don't deserve the Tough Enough Title.  I am the best there is, the best there was, and the best there ever will be.  This is a mid-card title, I want the OWC title.  So Save_Us_TBK, here you go."  He hands him over the title and the crowd light on fire as boos go through the arena.  "You probably want this more than I do."  Hitman then walks off and TBK is speechless.

Heyman: "Why would you give away a title that you won, that you deserved?  I don't know anymore as this is a crazy night.  Let's just get to our main event.

• 4. CBM: King of Defaince (champ) vs. Wrestlefreak: The Phscho Tiger for OWC title

The match gets underway and CBM goes outside and gets a microphone.

CBM: "I don't wrestle anyone under my legue and you don't deserve a title match."  CBM then walks up the ramp with his title.  The ref it up to the count of 5 but Wrestlefreak gets out of the ring and runs to CBM.  Since he came out, the ref's count starts over.  He runs up to him and closelined him in the back and CBM falls to his face.  Wrestlefreak then picks him up and does several punches to his face that sent CBM down the ramp.  They are by the ring and Wrestlefreak runs right to CBM trying to knock him down again, but CBM moves out of the way and Wrestlefreak runs into the ring post shoulder first.  The ref is up to the count of 7 and CBM gets in.  8------9----but Wrestlefreak gets into the ring with .01 second to spare.  CBM then kicks Wrestlefreak while he is still down.  The ref is up to 4 and pulls CBM off of him.  The crowd is booing louder than ever before.  He pulls Wrestlefreak in the middle of the ring and does a choke hold on him.  Wrestlefreak tries to get to the ropes but he simply just can't get there.  He then elbows CBM in the side as he releases the hold.  Wrestlefreak gets up and so does CBM.  Wrestlefreak then does a drop kick and it knocks CBM off his feet.  Wrestlefreak then does a choke hold for himself but CBM was able to get to the ropes in no time.  Both on their feet and CBM irish whips his opponent into the ropes.  He comes back but ducks and then ducks again as CBM was going for a closeline.  Wrestlefreak then comes back and does a twit-a-whirl  head scissors.  The crowd is shouting "Wrestlefreak, Wrestlefreak" and all of a sudden, he has all the momentum.  He irish whips him into the ropes and Wrestlefreak run into the ropes and squashes him.  He falls to the mat buy his back leaning against the turnbuckles.  Wrestlefreak runs again and does a knee right to the champions face.  He goes for a cover 1-2-OH!  Wrestlefreak pulls CBM to the middle and then does a leg drop and then goes to the top rope.  CBM gets up quickly and punches Wrestlefreak in the mid-section and then gets to the top rope.  he tries for a superplex but he can't do it.  Wrestlefreak then flips over CBM and goes under him and then does a DANGEROUS powerbomb.  1-2!

Heyman: "How did he kick out of that?"

Wrestlefreak is just outrageous.  He then picks him up and tries for his famous Tiger Bomb, but the champ got out of it and runs into the ropes and does a spear almost cutting his opponent in half.  The Phscho Tiger gets up and CBM does a school boy.  He puts his legs on the ropes as the ref counts 1-2-3!  After  CBM goes out of the ring, Mattattack comes from the crowd and attacks Wrestlefreak.  He does right and left punches right to his head.  As CBM is going up the ramp, King of the Dead comes out and attacks CBM with a mini spear and then goes to his head with punches of his own.  CBM slides out and tries to run away but King follows trying to catch up with him.

Heyman: "There is chaos everywhere on this hectic night.  Up next is the funeral procession of the late great McMahon 101.  (Commercial).

In the ring is a casket with a podium and an urn.  The ring mat is black (ropes already black), and some chairs lined up in a row.  Vickie Guerrero is in the ring with her black dress.

Vickie: "Can Smackdown GM Skitzo, War GM Ecie, Xtreme GM King of the Dead, McMahon 101's daughter Stephanie and McMahon 101's son Shane please come out."  Each person comes out one at a time.  All are wearing black except Stephanie wearing a white dress.  "Everyone, we are gathered here to remember the life and career of McMahon 101.  It has been very sad here in TFC for the past couple of months.  Actually, I think I was the only person who was sad here.  Others say they weren't but that isn't what I believe.  ANYWAY..."  Vickie Guerrero continues to talk at the podium.  "Now here to say a few words is Skitzo."  Vickie walks back and sits down as Skitzo comes forward.

(Skitzo:.."........Ya Know.......I have known McMahon 101 for a while now.....we have had our Ups and Downs......We have been at WAR with each other...and we have gone through it all!!........And I have NEVER known McMahon 101 to give up his dreams.........and Believe me....This one time tiny Company has become a Global Phenomenon!!!.....And it is all thanks to McMahon 101........I have been with him from Day One!!!....and to turn my back on him and call Vickie my new boss is something I'm struggling to do......Now If I could I would.....But I can't afford to buy this company......But what I can do and will do....Is continue to Run the best show i possibly can.........That is a Promise!!.....So if McMahon 101 put his faith in you Vicki Guerrero.....Then I will do the same.......But If you're asking me to say R.I.P. McMahon 101.....Then I cannot and will not do that!!........McMahon 101 will LIVE ON FOREVER in TFC.......And all I can Do is Hope and Pray for My Leader and mentor McMahon 101 To rise above this and One Day.....Come back to us all.......That is all i have to say about that.....Thank You!"

Vickie: "Thanks Skitzo.  Let me ask you, how do you spell my name?"

Skitzo: "Isn't it V-I-C-K-I?"

Vickie: "EXCUSE ME!!!  No, it is V-I-C-K-I-E!  E!!!!!  You need the E, don't forget it.  Now sit down.  Let's here from Stephanie and Shane now."

Shane: "Over the past few weeks, really no one knew what was going on with my father.  Only Vickie knew which worried me.  I know he was in a car accident, a very bad one, and it seems like he is never coming back.  McMahon 101 was an inspiration to me when I was younger.  He was a great chairman, a great father, and a great husband.  As Skitzo said, he made TFC the best it has ever been and it is still growing.  He has been on every show; he has been in some of the most controversial moments and storylines.  And he was in so many matches that everyone will remember."

Stephanie: "That is right Shane.  I am here to keep McMahon 101's career alive and in TFC forever.  Vickie may think she runs TFC now, but as long I am here, she won't.  I am a 101 and this should be my company.  There..."

Vickie: "OKAY, you are all out of time Stephanie."  Vickie ran up to the podium and tried to stop Stephanie from talking anymore. 

Ecie sits up.  "Vickie, you need to stop and think."  All of a sudden Skitzo sits up.

Skitzo: "Ecie, shut up!  No one wants to hear you anymore.  Just go back to your pothole where you came from you hobo."  Skitzo then slaps Ecie.

Vickie: "Sit down the both of you.  One more move will have you FIRED, and I bet McMahon 101 would love to have someone fired right here at his funeral.  Here is the urn we will remember McMahon 101 by.  Vickie then picks it up and looks at it for a second.  She then holds it above her head and SMASHES IT TO THE FLOOR.  "McMahon 101 is no longer TFC.  He will only be remembered as a former chairman as he is NEVER coming back.  He is seriously injured and so will TFC if he just left.  Get out of my ring, ALL OF YOU.  GET OUT NOW!!!!"  Everyone leaves.  "Let me tell you, I don't want TFC to be gone.  I will save it as right now, I am announcing this is the VG era.  The Vickie Guerrero era.  I am not doing this for anyone, but for TFC, the company that I love.  Long live TFC with Vickie Guerrero in the driving seat."  She then starts a sinister laugh and pushes the coffin in the ring and steps on the broken urn."
