Hypothetical question: What would you do if you were William Regal for a day? Lets say you're the upper crust of British Society and you joined together two of the biggest, more powerful men in the WWE. Let's also say for argument sake you're actually "friends" with the two colossal titans yet maintain a certain level of control over them. Your goal: to obtain the ECW Championship. How would you go about attaining that goal? To make it easier I'll give you a multiple choice.
A) Sick your buddies on everyone and anyone who stands in the way while you plot and scheme your way to the top.
B) Continue to dominate the brand in hope that General Manager Tiffany will recognize you as the next ECW Champion.
C) Take out any and all other declared # 1 Contenders until there's no one left so Tiffany has no other alternative but to choose you.
D) Dole out unwarranted punishment on the ECW roster until you eventually get what you want (see A)
E) All of the above
You see, while Tiffany looks as lovely as a rose, Regal is convinced he smells like one. This is not good. Before long, it'll be a war of the roses and also when the gorgeous GM will need to show us just how much of an army she has really has. I say Regal vs. the rest! This is, after all, EXTREME Championship Wrestling isn't it? That's what the sign says on the door. Enter at your own risk. If he's so determined to stay in the public eye, then I say give the people something more to watch!
And speaking of watching more, Goldust and Tommy Dreamer had a dickens of time with "the man's" best friends, Vladimir Kozlov and Ezekiel Jackson. Programmed to do one thing and one thing only; destroy, the two did just that. Jacksonpinned Dreamer and Goldust was just seconds too late from preventing the fall.
With very little time to dress Regal was ready for action, after a fashion, against the new comer and popular Yoshi Tatsu. Yoshi super kicked his way to victory but this was only one battle. And with every battle the regal one gets more and more impatient and agitated. I, for one, am almost afraid to see what the usually composed and poised Englishman will do if there's a hitch in his giddy-up.
Between you and me: I loathe not being able to watch Superstars on WGN America!
The matches between Zack Ryder and Christian are definitely heating up and appear to be getting harder and harder with the passing weeks. Ryder, not an official employee of the American Red Cross, was out to draw blood Tuesday night and Christian was first on the list. Ryder is a survivor and his appearance is only camouflage. Batten down the hatches everyone. There's a fire in the hole!

Ben Roethlisberger acted as guest host this week on RAW. He was very much present and in control of the evening. You know what cracks me up though? I love how the Superstars rebelled all the time against the regular full time GM yet they obey every guest host that comes along! What's that all about?
Ben's first official action was a DIVA'S Bowl. The ladies from all 3 brands joined in to muck it up in the ring. Why wasn't Katie Lea there????? I'm growing more impatient with this subject. I'll drop it and move on as it is ONLY a blog! Oh, and why wasn't Santino the ref IN the ring??? ANYWAY, it was a nice opening to the show and it really gave the ladies a chance to get some air time.
The celebration was cut short as WWE Champion (ahh) Randy Orton came out and invited John Cena to get whatever he had to say off his chest. I am feeling the need to break this Orton/Cena relationship down here. However, I will write a separate blog for this. Cena said he noticed something during their match at Hell in a Cell. That's funny he said that as I've been noticing for weeks the changing dynamic between the two. Anything goes and it may be John Cena to another brand should he lose the match at Bragging Rights in the 60 minute Iron Man Match.
Jack Swagger had Primo 'on his knees" Monday night. Primo fell hard to the All American American. Swagger made a promise to stay undefeated for the rest of the year. That's a mighty tall order for a mighty tall and cheeky man. But you know what? I'm along for the ride here. I'm on board. Show me what you got.
I wonder if the artist who sculpted The Masterpiece will now carve out a big dent in the rib area where Mark Henry came crashing down? It was refreshing to see Chavo back in his element. MVP and Henry won this one and it was easy to see why. Masters had a chip on his shoulder (minor pun) with the lying, cheating and stealing Guerrero. But it was Hornswoggle who took a bite out of a different kind of crime...literally.
DX stood tall with Ben & friends while Jeri-Show slowed their roll and backed away. The banter between Jerichoand HHH was hilarious and I wouldn't mind seeing Triple H back in one on one action again, perhaps against Jericho. Shawn, however, has mostly been all about the business since returning from his match at Wrestlemania against The Undertaker. It leaves me wondering. That's all.
Well, The Miz has finally done it! He is now the most awesome U.S. Champion in WWE history. Well, according to the Miz. And it's really no MIZtory as to how he did it. He's been at it and at it and at it for quite some time now. He never lacked in the persistence area that's for sure. I believe he will be a good Champion. I love matches involving Kofi. They are faced-paced and aggressive. Kofi vehemently defended the title but the Miz was the one who grabbed the prize in the end. AND petty theft didn't even factor in! Good news already. See?
One slap from Hornswoggle is all it takes for Santino to pronounce words correctly? You slap a person silly not smarter! Weird...
Hey, if DX won the Unified Tag Team Championship, the WWE would save a small fortune in engraving. Alas, that was not the case. A non-title match featuring Jeri-Show and DX was issued by Roethlisberger for the main event. Chris Jericho is always "on" from beginning to end. I never want to take that kind of talent for granted but it's so nice to be able to turn on wrestling and KNOW that no matter what the hell is going on, Chris Jericho is IN character. I truly appreciate that. In other news, Big Show worked Shawn over. Just as things were going Jeri-Show's way Triple H, the healthier of the two, flipped out and served the champions a heaping helping of the "X" factor. Ben and his entire offensive line wouldn't allow the escape of Jericho and the ultimate performer was DX'd.
Two things: I nominate Bret "The Hitman" Hart for permanent GM of RAW.
I also suggest David Arquette for a guest host of RAW (until Bret is chosen of course).
I must go and eat ice cream too fast. The stabbing pain is addicting. (heh heh)

Lately, it's so hard to find a place to just be alone. I managed to crawl away for a few minutes to blog. Someone is always barging in or interrupting my conversations. I put my iPod on and drift with the music on days like these. It's not so much the world being visible. It's about me being invisible, if only for a few minutes. I suppose there are two sides to every coin. I know there must be people out there who wish they weren't so invisible. They want people to take notice of the small changes. Visible or invisible, we all have voices. And those voices should be heard. I'm not hiding today but I don't want to be seen either. So, here's my voice blogging about SmackDown this past week.
Not that I don't have faith in Finlay but when will the referees ban that shillelagh?
(Blink) Kane won.
This Drew McIntyre being personally signed by Mr. McMahon thing makes my skin crawl. It makes me wonder what was in that contract he signed. McMahon DID say Drew was a future World HeavyweightChampion. So, should CM Punk watch his back now? It would be perfect really. Sort of lends creedence to my whole "triple cross" theory I've got going. Now officially apart of SmackDown, I'm guessing there are no sighs of relief coming from the lock room. R-Truth was able to exact some revenge on McIntyre after being assaulted for the past few weeks. Still, the prospects are eerie much like another Scottish creature, the Loch Ness Monster.
The mighty Big Show deposited pieces of Batista all over the ring with his incredible strength. Although not actually in the match, Jericho's heckling on the outside was hard to ignore. He got so hot under the collar he removed his suit jacket and rolled up his sleeves. Batista was able to get killer ankle locks on both Jericho and Big Show. Btw, this was a smart plan seeing as though he almost went for the BatistaBomb on Show! But he didn't. He worked it out. Yes!
A few things: Teddy Long is in a bad spot. Mr. McMahon is denying ever having been involved in everything (love it). Batista will now team with Rey Mysterio to face Jeri-Show and where the heck have all the Diva's been?
It's always amusing to me just how many Superstars STILL underestimate the power of the Undertaker knowing full well what he's capable of and has a resume that reads like the Declaration of Independence! Still, many have come and gone testing the waters and trying their hand at Taker's legacy. CM Punk is no exception. Punk dodged another one this week and still owns his gold. However, I firmly believe that it's just a matter of time before TheUndertaker will own his soul.

Walking through shards of glass couldn't stop me from writing this morning. I woke to a smile on my face. Wonderful dreams can do that to a person. Dreams have always fascinated me. They are said to come from the subconscious uncovering a person's hidden desires or thoughts. Sometimes we remember them when morning breaks and sometimes we don't. In any event, they can affect us in so many ways and move us to pay attention. There is some kind of truth in them. Of course, the ludicrous dreams find their way in there in the middle of night and we wake to find ourselves alone and hysterically laughing. Others bring sorrow and are manifestations of our guilt or regret. But the dream I had last night was freeing. I felt lifted. It's like I'm blessed with a huge secret and wild horses couldn't drag it out of me. And although this opening paragraph may be considered fluff by many, I'm still carrying the smile with me; only now...it's bigger.
(Inhale)
Sheamus, looking spiffy in his black threads, and The Gold Standard Shelton Benjamin, were guests on the 'The Abraham Washington Show'. You have to give Abraham Washington some credit though. He's consistent. Antagonizing his guests and playing them against each other is great strategy. The show always ends in a brawl. Still, something is missing. Hmm. I'll think on it.
Do you think Katie Lea does her own eye makeup? It's piercing. Yoshi Tatsu won the match between he and Paul Burchill. However, it was touch and go for a while there. It won't be that way for long as boy Burchill is plowing down his opponents and leaving the wreckage a distant memory. The Ripper may be a force the roster may not want to reckon with.
I'd like to see Gregory Helms do an interview with the "newbies" as they come from a torturous lack of match with Vladimir Kozlov and Ezekiel Jackson. Regal must be a proud papa with such a powerful family. Hey, I know another powerful family (wink). The name McMahon comes to mind.
How adorable is Justin Roberts?
Christian had me biting my nails during his match with Zack Ryder! I was on the edge of my seat. There were 2 counts, 2 ½ counts, 2 ¾ counts, 2 9/10 counts. I couldn't stand it anymore. Ryder put up one helluva fight and he was right. He was this close (press thumb and index finger toward each other). Christian retained. Phew! But the clock is ticking.

Hi Universers!
I feel a bit out of sorts and backwards today. Ever just wake up feeling all wrong and everything you pick up drops or your mind doesn't feel like thinking about anything "deep" or heavy? Well, welcome to my world today! Of course, listening to Bang Your Head by Quiet Riot doesn't help the situation any. Eh, oh well.
Cedric The Entertainer grooved into Monday RAW, changed Santino's life ambition AND was challenged by Chavo Guerrero all in the first half hour!

Fiction: For John Cena to think that it's even close to being over with Randy Orton. After the turmoil he put Triple H through, I'd be cautious. That's all I'm saying.
Basically, this blog boils down to just one perplexing question: What up with the goat in the limo????
