So, I figured that after summerslam and after tonight's ecw championship match I'd start working on a new resume to submit to WWE for a writing position. I truly think I have what it takes to be a wwe writer. I figured that if they don't really see any pizzazz in my resume on its own, then I'd send in my story ideas and then I'd definitely be on the inside track to becoming a wwe writer.
My first pitch is to write any storyline where Matt Hardy loses any major singles championship match! First, I'll make sure I effectively tease everyone, especially his fans, into thinking that after all of his hard work and years of dedication it will actually pay off and he'll not only get a major shot..he'll actually win. But, of course he won't..he'll actually lose both attempts almost back to back and if he loses in as little time as possible the better. Also, if I write that he loses to an opponent that has far less wrestling capability than he does that should really put me in the writers chair. Perhaps the creative team and myself could make his next match even shorter than summerslam..how bout, he comes out, falls in the ring, and henry just covers him up..that should take about 10 sec. and hey, he'll lose again and that will make the creative team so happy they may make me the head writer. I think I might be able to improve on the ecw match as well, eventhough I'm not sure it was much longer than summeslam as right in the middle there was about 4 min. worth of commercials..so, time wise it could have turned out to be almost the same.
My second pitch will definitely get me in if the first one doesn't work. For this one I figure I put Jeff Hardy up against any opponent and he just flat out loses everytime..it really doesn't matter who he's up against as long as he just loses..oh of course, i'll build up some kind of rivalry and again tease all of his fans into making them think that he has a chance at winning something sometime, but that just won't be the case..cause well we can't have him actually win anything due to that whole suspension thing..when was that now?? Oh yeah, like 5 months ago..it was so long I almost forgot. Here's the clincher storyline for jeff this friday night..he goes up against the turnbuckle and of course the turnbuckle wins..now if that doesn't get me a wwe writers position I don't know what will!
So, let me know if you think I have a shot at the writing job. I think I'm well on my way.
