What an eventful Impact! Where should I begin? I know. I'll start with Hernadez manning up and cashing in his feast or fired title shot against Sting right in front of the Mafia. That shows true guts and a will to win. Supermex would have won if not for the interference by the MEM, causing Sting to be dq'ed and screwing Hernadez out of the title. A huge brawl starting taking place when the MEM tried to take out Supermex. Note that I said TRIED. First it was Shane Sewel the referee tossing Booker T out of the ring. Then Hernadez's LAX partner, Homicide, came out and he tried to help. But the numbers game was too much for him. A.J. Styles ran to the ring to help but Booker T clocked him from behind. The tide turned when Brother Devon and the returning Brother Ray ran into the ring and decimated the Mafia. LAX threw a table in the ring (Can you see it coming?), A.J. Styles set up the table (It's coming), and Brother Ray got his revenge on Angle by powerbombing him through the table (BOOYAH). Now Devon touched on something that I really liked. Devon wants to challenge Angle and crush him at the next ppv. Brother Ray wanting to match his brother's challenge with a challenge of his own. He wants to challenge Sting and win his first World Championship. Ray wants Sting because he did nothing when the Mafia was beating him down. He stood there and let it happen. I guess doing nothing is worse than actually doing it, according to Brother Ray.
What a sweet trick that Taylor Wilde and Roxxi, the sexiest Knockout in my opinion, played on the Beautiful People. The Beautiful People showed that they were all looks and no brains. They fell for the trick and they got mucked for it too. I couldn't stop laughing. I don't care if other people disagree with me or not, I think Roxxi is the sexiest Knockout in TNA.
It finally boiled down between Abyss and Matt Morgan and I say, WHAT TOOK SO LONG? Morgan was getting fed up with Abyss and they finally came to blows. I think this could be a good thing for them. They hash it out now, get it out of their systems, and then they can work out their problems with each other. I don't think we've seen the last of this team.
Jim Cornette showed he had one heck of a backbone standing up against the MEM stating that if anyone from the Mafia interfered in the main event, he would fine and suspend them. Way to go Cornette! Even Mick Foley was saying the same thing.
For my TNA Impact Star of the Week, I give it to Petey Williams for coming back and sticking it to Scott Steiner. Williams came out and super dropkicked Steiner, catching him right on the jaw. A.J. took advantage and hit him with a somersault kick ( I don't know how to spell the name of it so sue me) and won the match. That was real sweet.
For my TNA Impact Losers of the Week, I give it to Booker T and Big Poppa Pump for that stupid game they were playing to decide who was going to face Styles. How stupid and how low can you be to do that? That's just insulting! Especially towards A.J. He made them pay for it.
