    I don’t Woo Woo Woo.

Monday, January 19, 2009, 06:27 PM EST [General]

What’s up guys, it’s Curt Hawkins, one half of the YOUNGEST WWE TAG TEAM CHAMPIONS IN HISTORY!  It’s been snowing on & off in Long Island and I’ve been kinda trapped in the house so I figured I’d share a couple of my random thoughts with the WWE Universe.

First off, a lot of people have been a buzz about Zack & I and our antics as of late… let’s set the record straight here.  I don’t “Woo Woo Woo”, I’m the brains of the operation within this team and I’m above this whole catchphrase-mania.  Zack & I haven’t been acting any different, were just finally getting a chance to be ourselves, we’ve always been kind of an odd couple.  That’s just who we are, so enjoy it!

Royal Rumble is coming up & as a life time long member of the WWE Universe I gotta say it’s still one of the absolute most exciting times of the year.  I’m interested to see who has the guts to pull off a victory this year & take that first class, all expenses paid trip to WrestleMania & the main event.

Whats Crackin’ w/ Scotty Goldman is without doubt soon to be the number one show on WWE.com.  Goldman is hilarious & I think the WWE Universe knows it.  Oh, and keep your eyes open for a special appearance of Curt Hawkins & Zack Ryder on an up coming episode.

I’ve been obsessed with the WWE 24/7 Legends of Wrestling DVDs.  They are absolutely incredible & insightful.  Any diehard wrestling fan will love these roundtable discussions.

Check out my Superstar of the Day photo for January 15th… I look damn good if I do say so myself.

Stone Cold Steve Austin in the Hall of Fame?... I wouldn’t miss it for the world.

    That’s it for today…

    -Curt Hawkins-

    WORLD FAMOUS.

    A Decade of Decadence.

Well, this holiday season I finally had time to sit back and soak up some good quality DVD watching time.  First on my list of course was to watch, Edge: A Decade of Decadence.  I’ve gotta say, even though we’ve gone our separate ways, the career of one Adam Copeland aka Edge aka the Master Manipulator aka the Rated R Superstar aka Sexton Hardcastle (well maybe not that one), has been truly amazing & utterly entertaining.  It was really cool to sit back and relive all of Edge’s career highlights.  Being a life long member of the WWE Universe I saw almost all these moments as they happened.  My particular favorites were…

Edge vs. Lance Storm, SummerSlam 2001

(awesome, fast paced match that opened the show),

Edge vs. Randy Orton, Vengeance 2004

(actually saw this live when I was in college, awesome textbook wrestling match, the crowd was really hot too)

Edge vs. Undertaker TLC, One Night Stand 2008

(Intense match from top to bottom & this good looking dude named Curt takes an incredible bump through a table)

Overall, I just want to say that getting to learn from Edge over this past year has been a real privilege.  To be even the smallest part of his impressive & lengthy career is an honor.  And, whether you love him or hate him you can’t deny him of being the best wrestler in the world today, period.
