It's holiday tradition at WWE.com HQ to crown a new champion in SmackDown vs. Raw. All the departments at HQ "throw down" on the final Friday before Christmas for eternal bragging rights and glory. So in between our busy schedule of writing and editing the site, we squeeze in our matchups.
Today started off great, as yours truly advanced to the quarterfinals by dispatching my opponent from Ad Sales by having Shad defeat Shelton Benjamin in a Falls Count Anywhere Match. Updates to come as I try to bring the trophy home to WWE Universe!!
But that's not the big news today. Tonight is the debut of "The Finkel Factor" on WWE Universe! The "Factor" is devoted to covering WWE Hall of Famers, Legends and Alumni, and allowing WWE Universe members the chance to chat with the greats in WWE

1) TRIBUTE TO THE TROOPS: A huge success!
If you've been reading all the Superstars blogs here on Universe from the frontlines, you've known that WWE is on its way home from Iraq after a very successful Tribute to the Troops mission. Our show yesterday for 5,000 servicemen and women in Baghdad was an experience to remember for all those involved.
