Hi WWE Universe,

I just got an important e-mail from "12 ROUNDS" screenwriter Daniel Kunka, about a special get-together for WWE Universe members in Southern California.

Here are all the details from Dan himself...

Hey WWE Universe, let me introduce myself -- my name is Daniel Kunka and I'm the screenwriter of John Cena's upcoming film 12 ROUNDS.

I'm very excited for all of the great WWE fans to see the movie this weekend -- a lot of people worked really hard to bring you a roller-coaster ride of a movie, and as a lifelong fan of the WWE, I guarantee you that if you love the WWE, you're gonna love this movie.

Now I'm sure like a lot of you, I went online yesterday to find a theater showing the movie so that all my friends could buy tickets early and plan out our Friday viewing.

If you missed it last night (or just have an early bedtime), John Cena made a cameo appearance on Saturday Night Live last night.

Here's the video, with Cena playing a security guard at 30 Rock, trying to keep host Tracy Morgan out of the studio (NOTE: Outside the USA? Watch it on WWE.com here):

Of course, this is just one week after Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson hosted SNL, and showed what it would be like for President Obama to "get angry."

In case you didn't know, WWE Superstars are currently in the Middle East, meeting our Armed Forces and bringing them a slice of Americana for the holidays.

John Cena and Kelly Kelly were on MSNBC Monday to talk more about the mission, and the special airing on NBC Dec. 20 at 9 p.m. ET. You can watch the clip below or at this link.

More to come from Joey Styles and Michael Cole, plus many more WWE Superstars blogging here on WWE Universe as Tribute to the Troops continues all this week.

And please, stop by the Forums and leave a holiday message for the soliders and show your support!

John Cena fans, I know you're hurting right now.

Rumors were flying all day Monday about a possible injury to the former WWE Champion. But when Mike Adamle confirmed Cena's injury on Raw Monday night -- a herniated disc in his neck that occured in his SummerSlam match against Batista -- and that Cena will be out for a long time due to surgery and rehab, it was a shock to the Cenation and all of us at WWE.com.

Whether you're a Cena fan, or one of Cena's "boo brigade", you have to feel bad for John. I saw him compete at Madison Square Garden this weekend, and you could tell he was not himself, but still struggled through the pain and managed to score a victory with tag-team partner Batista.

He's a true all-out competitor, and I'm sure he had to be dragged kicking and screaming

UPDATE: 4:30 p.m.:  Just ran into Natalya in the locker room hallway, as she was psyching herself up for her Divas Championship Match tonight against Michelle McCool. I'm excited to see these two "throw down."

Also, bumped into John "Bradshaw" Layfield, who had a dead serious look on his face. I can't imagine the carnage that will occur tonight as he and John Cena face off in the Parking Lot Brawl. Just walking through the parking lot here at the Coliseum, you can see plenty of items just laying around, ready to be used to incapacitate an opponent.

More to come, see you tonight on the Live Blog.

12:00 p.m.:  Just got to the Nassau Coliseum in Long Island, NY for tonight's Great American Bash. I've got my spot staked out in the locker room, ready to bring you tonight's Bash

For those who were on the Raw Live Blog tonight, sweating it out to see if John Cena dodged a "speeding bullet" tonight at the end of Raw ... you can now breathe!

Official report from Joey Styles at the RBC Center in Raleigh, N.C. ... John Cena rolled out of the way of John "Bradshaw" Layfield's car at the last second, and was just "slightly grazed."

The former WWE Champion WILL be ready for the Great American Bash this Sunday, to face Layfield in a NYC Parking Lot Brawl. For JBL's sake, let's hope Cena doesn't bring a monster truck, ala Stone Cold.

Maybe it's the tens of thousands that visited our WWE Draft Live Blog tonight (read the archived blog here), or the blockbuster happenings at the Draft on Raw in San Antonio, Texas, or the five straight hours of typing, but ...

Wow, I'm left with that "Wha' Happened?"-type of feeling. Like in "A Mighty Wind"...

First and foremost, "Wha' Happened?" to Mr. McMahon?!?!
Folks at WWE.com HQ sat stunned as we saw the Raw stage collapse underneath The Chairman after he gave away his $500,000 grand prize for the night.  Then, as McMahon stood up, the large $1,000,000 dollar bill display fell on top of him, and all heck broke loose as sparks from the sign flew all over.

Returning to the locker room after their Battle Royal, Triple H, John Cena
