    New video game for the Legends

    I'm glad to see the WWE Legends and Hall of Famers finally get their time to shine on the video game scene.

    If you missed it, THQ announced yesterday that they are coming out with WWE Legends of WrestleMania for the PS3 and XBOX 360. The game will be released in Winter 2009, to coincide with WrestleMania XXV, the silver anniversary of the Super Bowl of sports-entertainment.

    So finally, we'll see the WWE Legends and Hall of Famers get their due. I imagine the game will be similar in controls to the SmackDown vs. Raw series. But with the ability to have downloadable content, the possibilities are endless.

    Imagine if you could reinact Hulk Hogan vs. Andre the Giant in the Silverdome for WrestleMania III? All we'd need is Howard Finkel on the ring announcer microphone and we've got a WWE fan's dream game. I can't wait.

    This would be absolutely incredible. Hopefully we'll be able to recreate the explosion of the MegaPowers from Wrestlemania V, if Vince doesn't have his panties in a bunch!

    I think that would be great I just hope they also come out with a ps2 version. At this time playing Raw vs Smackdown 2006-08 are great games to have and it's fun to play.So if they ever come out with a legends game that'll be great for my collection.

    If you put THQ and WWE together, that's means Its gonna be awesome, BUT, there's only one thing that bothers me with this game: the roster. Because some of us have been waiting for years to play with some superstars that Vince dont even wanna hear about them, like Savage or Ultimate Warrior, and there you got two of the big names probably down. It's sad to think that Benoit or Angle are not gonna make it to the game also, but anyway I look forward to it.

    I actually like the idea of the WWE legends getting their own game coutesy of THQ. Now in the SvR franchise for this year we can have a bigger roster of current roster superstars.
