UPDATE (12:55 a.m. ET): Let's play two in Los Angeles!
It was announced earlier that Raw will be at STAPLES Center this Monday, moved from the Pepsi Center in Denver.
Now add SmackDown and ECW to that arena, as they will take place Tuesday night at STAPLES Center, creating a unique stateside doubleheader for our Southern Californian WWE Universe members!
“WWE is extremely grateful to the Lakers and the STAPLES Center for the hospitality and professionalism shown to WWE during this whole situation,” said Vince McMahon, Chairman of World Wrestling Entertainment. “We apologize to all of the WWE fans in the Denver area who have been inconvenienced by Kroenke Sports Enterprises. We look forward to bringing two consecutive nights of WWE excitement to Staples Center this Monday and Tuesday night.”
Tickets are now available for both shows through Ticketmaster.com. Refunds for the Denver, Colorado Springs and Loveland, Colo. shows are available Thursday from your point of purchase.

We are in Day 3 of the "Denver Debacle," as both WWE and the NBA's Denver Nuggets continue to grapple for Memorial Day evening at the Pepsi Center in the "Mile High City."
And this story has been truly been one to remember, as media outlets all over the country take sides with roundball or Raw.
If you've got an opinion on this, please add your thoughts to our threads in the Raw Forum on WWEUniverse.com, where there are many threads from our members already chatting about this topic.
Here's an update on what the media is saying today:
- In a poll by ABC-7 in Denver, 65% believe WWE should get the arena over the NBA and the Nuggets.
- The New York Daily News noted today that "As of Tuesday night, both the Nuggets-Lakers and the wrestling card were scheduled for Monday on the Pepsi Center's Web site, though a "TBD" now resides under the WWE event box." Previously, the arena was selling BOTH events on the Web site, each a half-hour apart in start times.
- The Miami Herald notes the powerful marketing machine of WWE getting the facts out about this matter, and wonders aloud what the next step is in resolving this stalemate.
- SI.com calls the Nuggets-WWE arena dispute "the best storyline of the NBA playoffs this week."
- Sports columnist Jim Litke of the AP: "(Nuggets owner Stan) Kroenke won't play along, but he will wind up paying plenty."
- The Denver Post looks at the legal ramifications today: "Without a provision to cancel the contract in case of a booking conflict, Kroenke Sports may have to pay to move Raw to another date or venue. WWE chairman Vince McMahon has said there is no such clause in the contract."
- Metro International put together a chart comparing Mr. McMahon to David Stern, commissioner of the NBA.
- Sterling Eby of the sports blog Bleacher Report, hosts a poll, and suggests that WWE should look at Invesco Field at Mile High as a possible site, which could hold the first outdoor Raw, and the largest Raw crowd ever.
Stay tuned to WWE.com over the next few days for the latest information on this breaking story.
No matter what happens, WWEUniverse.com will provide Live Chat coverage of Monday Night Raw on Memorial Day night, with Howard Finkel and I spearheading the coverage.

I'm disappointed with the end of this news story, of course I wanted RAW to take place but it would have been good if RAW went someone different, for one night only, like a small venue such as the Hammerstein Ballroom or the old RAW arena.
The ProtégéAlso, shouldn't the fans who bought tickets for the Denver show be allowed to hold onto their tickets and use them for the show in August? It's not their fault they wasted money on a show they thought would but never did happen.
