Captain Lou Albano was supposed to be in Brooklyn last Saturday for a indy organization but couldn't make it because of a broken leg. He has had injuries before. He has had a heart attack in May 2005. He is one of the best managers that wrestling has seen. He was manager to a lot of wrestlers like Don Maraco,Ivan Koloff,Jimmy Snuka,Andre the Giant,the Fabulous Mulah,The Wild Somoans,The British Bulldogs,The Black Jacks and many more. He has also been doing things outside the ring. In 1989 he was Mario on the Super Mario Bros. Super Show.He has also appeared in other movies and television shows like 227,Miami Vice,Bodyslam,and UWF Fury Hour and a lot more. In 1996 he was put in the WWF Hall of Fame. He had held the WWWF United States Tag team championship with Tony Altimore. I hope he recovers well and gets back to what he loves to do.
