I want to open up this edition of my blog by sending my condolensces to the family of "Playboy" Buddy Rose. may he rest in piece. :( The only thing i remember him from was the "Blow Away" diet he did on 1991:

He will surely be missed. :( What are some thoughts you remembered or had about "Playboy" Buddy Rose?
