Should Yokozuna go into the Hall of Fame?

Did Yokozuna do enough to earn a spot in the WWE Hall of Fame? Yokozuna was a over 600lb mastodon. when he came out u tried to avoid the Banzai drop but most superstars did not succeed. Yoko was only a two time WWE champ, two time Tag champ and he won the 1993 royal rumble. i would love to see Yoko in the Hall of fame but i just dont think he did enough to get in.
