Ok here is my idea for the WWE to save itself. Well I don't know about saving itself, but at least this would make it funny, and worth watching each week, while the ship sinks.
* First off Hornswoggle NEW WWE Champion, I don't care how you do it, but come on anything involving him makes you laugh.
* Rename the Women's title the Bra & Panties Stripper title. You make ALL Diva matches & make them, bra & panties matches. One exception, they start in their bra & panties, & the match ends when all divas but one are completely nude. Any divas that refuse you fire. There are plenty of strippers in the world willing to do it.
* Colin Delaney & Funaki new World Tag Team champs. Once again who in the world would see that one coming. Find funny ways for them to keep the titles.
* World Heavyweight Champion by committee. Just like in the NFL many teams have a running back by committee. When there is any indecision regarding a title match, fine whoever is involved is co-champions. But here is the catch, if either lose the title, the other one is no longer champ either. Makes for some interesting singles matches. Oh yeah as long as they are co-champions neither can challenge the other for sole title of champion.
* ECW World title, only defended in real extreme matches. I am talking like true ring of fire (set the son of a b**ch on fire). Last one still standing in ring is the winner.
* Bring in real American athletes once a year, & let them compete for the right to be called "United States Champion." All WWE wrestlers are elligible, but must compete in the events right along side the other athletes.
Hey not saying they are realistic, or even funny. But they would ALL make the WWE a lot more entertaining to watch then Regal turning off the lights, Vickie Hoe stripping Taker of the title, Edge of his clothes, & the fans of their dignity (oh wait that is just WWE television in general). But I got to tell you, if we were seeing stuff like this every week on Raw, ECW, SD, & the PPVs, I can tell you the ratings would be much higher then they are now. Why? B/c we want to be entertained. Not have our intellegence questioned. I can tell you honestly I would be willing to pay $40 a month to see this stuff on PPV anyday, over the stuff we get now.

Great points mate I've been extremely critically of the story writers whom lately suck like the shows. It's about time we merged the smackdown & raw shows back together more talent more matches even mid cards would be entertaining keep two heavyweight titles although I would only allow one title keep the u.s title & intercontential but with the w.w.e championship the more competition we have for the one major title the better the pay per views & we may even get titles like in the old days changing hands on raw or smackdown like the other titles change hands this keeps everything humming along & us as fans guessing when titles will change hands how good would that be & one champion means every one is gunning for that one title from both shows as everyone knows the networks are getting very cold on the smackdown show because it's struggling to rate as if this is news to everyone in today's super highway internet days of information moving back & forward quicker then we can blink our eyes. Imagine Triple H. champion needing to fend off batista, Cena , Orton , Undertaker. Plus apart from cyper Tuesday allow some of us during the week through wwe homepage to suggest matches i.e. Cena vs Batista or Triple H vs Undertaker or storylines we couldn't do any worse then today's no champion as of a count out involving undertaker & edge what rubbish what a rip off I swear that is the last time apart form Summer slam or Wrestlemania, because apart from wrestlemania XXIV all the other p.p.v have only had one or at most two decent matches. As for ecw allow use it for new talent i.e cm punk, burke, kelly kelly etc have to hone there skills so they don't make as many rookie mistakes during the two main shows since vince doesn't take ecw seriously like paul heyman did then at least rather the insult the ecw fans which I admit wasn't always as interest as my mates but it was different & they liked it & once I watched more & more shows I became hooked on the raw emotion of RVD, SABU, RHINO, JUSTIN CREDIBLE TO NAME A FEW TOMMY DREAMER IN HIS ECW DAYS, putting it all on the lines for the fans. So please Vince state that ecw is your development show that way ecw isn't treated as a third class show never to reach the heights of yester year which it now is it's worse then Heat for crying out loud. If they intend to put on more hopeless p.p.v's like the one I watched today I will wait to find out the results on the wwe homepage then fork out my hard earned as it already costs me to have cable wihtout the added cost of the pay per views to watch these shows I don't want rubbish like today to occur too often. Another thing who is checking on what the story writers are coming up with because lately or for as long as I can remember in the past twenty four months they are struggling to improve the shows especially smackdown how bad is the appeal or rating on that show going I don't even bother to watch it to be honest. I'm seriously surprised fans didn't walk out on the rubbish surved up tonight I actually got so upset with predictability of the show I left it on in the background to check the results so I went to the wwe main page because I work so I watch the replay later that day. I couldn't sit through the rest of it although I did stop to watch Y2J & HBK as my mates told me it was the best match in my opinion for what it's worth it was really as if Y2J & HBK would put on hopeless match.
