So by the WWE Board of Directors made Armando Estrada a wrestler instead of a General Manager. The New General Manager of ECW is Theodore Long. Now that Theodore Long is ECW's General Manager Theodore Long put Armando Estrada in a match against United States Champion: Matt Hardy (Non-Title) which Armando Estrada lost. Then Theodore Long came out and said to Armando Estrada "To earn a contract you have to win a match." Then Colin Delaney def. Armando Estrada.
