I think it would depend on who was running it. Neither company will let their champion lose to the other. If it is a legit fight, I would have to say Triple H. He is stronger, faster and able to come out of nowhere with a submission. Samoa Joe while agile in the ring, and very knowledgeable in the submission manuevers he doesn't have the experience HHH has.
